117 Presentation of the bankruptcy application

The bankruptcy application must be completed in accordance with the Rules in electronic form and delivered to the adjudicator by electronic means1 and is made when its receipt has been acknowledged by the adjudicator by electronic (or other) means2.

There are provisions dealing with evidence of electronic communications (other than the bankruptcy application itself, which can only be made by successfully completing the online process), including the acknowledgment of receipt by the adjudicator3.
