115 Ground for debtor’s bankruptcy application

There is only one ground on which a debtor may make a bankruptcy application: that ground is that he is unable to pay his debts1. In order to show this, the application must provide such particulars of the debtor’s creditors and of his debts and other liabilities and of his assets, and such other information as may be prescribed2. The prescribed contents of the application include completed questionnaires covering the information specified in Schedules 7 and 8 to the Rules3, which in effect contain the information set out
