111 Bankruptcy order

No bankruptcy order may be made on a creditor’s petition unless the court is satisfied that there is a debt in respect of which the petition was presented, and either the debt was payable at the date of the petition or has since become payable and has not been paid, secured or compounded for, or the debt is a future debt which the debtor has no reasonable prospect of being able to pay when it falls due1. For this purpose, the petitioning creditor is required to file in court a certificate that the debt continues
