The persons who may appear and be heard at the hearing of the petition are the petitioning creditor, the debtor, the supervisor of any IVA and any creditor who has given notice of his intention to appear1.

Where the debtor intends to oppose the petition, he must, no later than five business days before the date fixed for the hearing, file a notice in court, and deliver a copy of it to the petitioning creditor. The notice identifies the proceedings, states that the debtor intends to oppose the petition and gives notice of the grounds on which he intends
