90 The order and the procedural steps immediately following

On the hearing of an administration application the court may1:

  1. 90.1

        Make the administration order sought;

  2. 90.2

        Dismiss the application;

  3. 90.3

        Adjourn the hearing conditionally or unconditionally;

  4. 90.4

        make an interim order;

  5. 90.5

        Treat the application as a winding-up petition and make any order which the court could make under the Insolvency Act 1986 Section 125;

  6. 90.6

        Make any other order which the court thinks appropriate.

An application once made cannot be withdrawn without the permission of the court2. The appointment of an administrator takes effect
