77 General court procedure in insolvency

Court procedures are primarily governed by the Insolvency Rules and the Insolvency Practice Direction1, although the practice of the High Court and of the county court is applied except so far as inconsistent with the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the ‘2016 Rules’)2. The Civil Procedure Rules 1998 apply to civil procedure generally.
