In common with similar provisions for other forms of insolvency procedure, the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 20101 introduced new provisions about the time costs of supervisors of CVAs. This is, to a limited extent, in accordance with the principles adopted by the court in assessing remuneration of office-holders, established after a review carried out by Mr Justice Ferris and encapsulated in a Practice Direction2.
