53 Notice and advertisement of moratorium

Three copies of the covering schedule (covering the documents lodged with the court to obtain a moratorium) duly endorsed by the court with the date on which the documents were filed with the court are returned by the court to the directors who then serve two copies on the nominee and one on the company1. As soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the copies of the documents, the nominee must2:

  1. 53.1

        Advertise3 the coming into force of the moratorium in the London Gazette, and in such other manner as he thinks fit;
