51 Challenging decisions

A person entitled to vote at the meeting of members of the company or in the ‘relevant qualifying decision procedure’1 of creditors, a person who would have been entitled to vote but for the fact that he was not given due notice of the meeting, the nominee, and (if the company is being wound up or is in administration), the liquidator or administrator may apply to the court for an order2:
