41 Summoning directors to meetings

The nominee shall give at least 14 days’ notice to attend the meetings1:

  1. 41.1

        To all directors of the company; and

  2. 42.2

        To any person whose presence is, who is an officer or former of the company.

The rules formerly provided that the chairman might, if he thinks fit, exclude any present or former director or officer from a meeting, either completely or for any part of it, whether or not a notice has been sent to the person excluded. This does not appear to have been renacted2.
