3 Legislative changes introduced by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010

There were numerous detailed changes made to the Insolvency Rules 19861 by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 20102 (the ‘2010 Rules’). The 2010 Rules, amongst other things, introduced revised provisions on general procedural matters including:

  1. 3.1

        The giving of notice and supply of documents by or to office-holders;

  2. 3.2

        the service of court documents;

  3. 3.3

        Dealing with various aspects of the conduct of meetings;

  4. 3.4

        Prescribed forms and the submission of forms;

  5. 3.5

        Notices in the London Gazette;

  6. 3.6

        Notifications to the register of companies; and

  7. 3.7
