28 Notice to creditors

Due notice should be given to all creditors capable of being bound. The consequence of failure to do so is that, although those to whom notice was not given but who would otherwise have been entitled to vote are bound by the decision of the creditors, they nevertheless retain a right for a period of 28 days beginning with when the reports of the outcome of the members' meeting and the creditors' decision are filed in court or (if the applicant creditors were not given notice of the decision procedure) when they become aware that the
