214 Power of liquidator to call meetings of creditors

In any creditors’ voluntary winding up, the liquidator may at any time summon and conduct meetings of creditors for the purposes of ascertaining their wishes in all matters relating to the liquidation1. The procedure for seeking a decision is set out in the the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the ‘2016 Rules’)2.
