210 Appointment of liquidator

The company at its meeting initiating the winding up1 and the creditors in their decision procedure under rule 6.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 20162 (the ‘2016 Rules’)may nominate3 a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the company.
