208 Provisions applicable to creditors’ winding up

Sections 97 to 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 contain the provisions relating to a creditors’ voluntary winding up. This is a winding up where the company is insolvent or, even if solvent, the directors of the company have not made a declaration of solvency1.
