156 Replacement of administrator

Where an administrator dies, resigns, is removed from office1, or vacates office2, and the administrator was appointed by court order, the creditors’ committee (if any) or failing them any remaining administrator, or failing him the company or any creditor, may apply to the court to appoint a replacement. Where the appointment was out of court, the appointor may appoint a replacement3.
