150 Discharge of administration order and release of administrator

Where the court makes an order for the termination of administration under court order, the order should also discharge the administration order1. Administrators can thereafter only be sued for certain types of misconduct during their period in office in control of the company’s affairs2 and only if the court gives permission for such a claim to be brought3.
