14.3 Consequences of objection by creditors

If a decision is not made on the deemed consent procedure because 10 per cent by value of creditors duly register objections:

  1. 14.3.1

        the creditors are to be treated as not having made a decision about the matter in question; and

  2. 14.3.2

        if a decision about that matter is again sought from the creditors, it must be sought using a creditors' decision procedure1.
