135 Details of pre-administration fees to be included in administrator’s proposal where appropriate

In relation to the information on pre-administration costs that needs to be included in the administrator’s proposals, ‘pre-administration costs’ are fees charged and expenses incurred by the administrator (or another person qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner) before the company entered administration but with a view to its doing so and ‘unpaid pre-administration’ costs are pre-administration costs which had not been paid when the company entered administration1. The particulars to be included in the administrator’s proposal are2:
