115 Moratorium on enforcement of security and repossession of goods

115.1 In general

The Insolvency Act 1986 prohibits, without the consent of the administrator or the permission of the court, the taking of any other steps to enforce a security over the company’s property, or to repossess goods in the company’s possession under a hire-purchase agreement1.
