113 Winding up

On the making of an administration order, any pending petition for the winding up of the company shall be dismissed1 or, if an out-of-court appointment is made under paragraph 14 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, shall be suspended2. During the period for which the company is in administration, no order may be made, or resolution passed for the winding up of the company3. The termination of administration which may lead to compulsory or voluntary winding up, amongst other possible outcomes, is dealt with later4.
