111 Notice of appointment where there is a qualifying floating charge holder

Where there is a qualifying floating charge holder the notice of appointment must be headed ‘Notice of appointment of an administrator by a company (where notice of intention to appoint has been given)’ and must contain the contents prescribed by rule 3.24 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the ‘2016 Rules’)1.
