110 Filing in court and interim moratorium

In order to obtain the moratorium, in addition to service on qualifying floating charge holders as indicated above, there must also be filed in court:

  1. 110.1

        A copy of the notice of intention to appoint with the statutory declaration, made not more than 5 business days before it is filed, duly completed1;

  2. 110.2

        A copy of the resolution of the company to appoint an administrator or a record of the decision of the directors where the directors intend to appoint an admijnistrator2.
