104 Documents to be filed with the notice of appointment where there is no qualifying floating charge holder

The administrator’s consent to act1 must be filed in court with the notice of appointment2. In addition, the notice of appointment has to be accompanied (when filed in court) with either a copy of the resolution of the company to appoint an administrator or a record of the decision of the directors, where the directors are making the appointment3.
