26 General

Each specimen governing law and jurisdiction clause in this title relates to two distinct questions. First, it deals with the question of which law is to constitute the proper or governing law of the agreement. Secondly, it deals with the separate issue of which courts are to have jurisdiction to hear a dispute concerning the agreement.
