90.1 Specific delivery

An order for the specific delivery of goods can be made under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 in proceedings for wrongful interference with goods1. The factors which affect the grant of a mandatory injunction on given facts may well coincide with those which bear upon the grant of an order for specific delivery under the 1977 Act2.
