68.1 Introduction to title to subsale proceeds

Even greater problems arise when the buyer has sub-sold the goods before payment falls due under the original contract of sale. Since title will normally pass to the sub-purchaser under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 Section 21(1) or 25(1)1, the seller must abandon any hope of recourse against the goods themselves.
