35.4 Quality of services

Certain implied obligations may govern the quality of the bailee’s work, and the bailee’s responsibility for its fitness to achieve a particular objective required by the bailor1. Where no other standard is prescribed by the contract, the bailee must perform the work with reasonable care and skill2 and within a reasonable time3.
