34 Duties of the bailor

The bailor’s obligations are straightforward and match those undertaken by the bailor by way of custody for reward1. He must pay the agreed fee for the service or, where none is agreed or otherwise ascertainable, a reasonable sum2. The bailor may owe to the bailee an implied obligation to collect the goods by the agreed date or, where no date is agreed, on reasonable notice3.
