187 Export of objects of cultural interest

The Secretary of State exercised his powers as conferred by the Export Control Act 20021 in making the Export of Objects of Cultural Interest (Control) Order 20032. This provides that all objects of cultural interest3 cannot be exported to any destination except under the authority of a written licence granted by the Secretary of State, and in accordance with all conditions attached to the licence4.
