161.5 Completeness of work loaned

The borrowing institution should ensure that it has been loaned the whole of the artistic work or film and not just part of it so that the public exhibition or showing of the film or other act does not infringe the artist’s director’s moral right to have his work subjected to derogatory treatment1.
