160.5 Duration of moral rights

Moral rights (other than the right against false attribution) subsist for so long as copyright continues to subsist in the work1. In the case of the right against false attribution this continues to subsist until 20 years after the death of the author or director2. An artist or director can either consent to a particular act, in which case there is no infringement of his moral right3, or he can waive these rights by an instrument in writing signed by him4.
