160.4 Moral rights

In relation to certain works the author, director or commissioner of the work (regardless of whether or not he is the copyright owner) enjoys certain moral rights1.

  1. 160.4.1

        The author of a copyright literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work and the director of a copyright film have the right to be identified in certain circumstance2 as the author or director of the work where such a right has been asserted in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 19883.
