160.2 Miscellaneous exceptions relevant to art loans

In the case of a building, or a sculpture, model for a building or a work of artistic craftsmanship which is permanently situated in a public place or in premises open to the public then copyright in the work is not infringed by1:

  1. 160.2.1

        making a graphic work representing it;

  2. 160.2.2

        making a photograph or film of it; or

  3. 160.2.3

        making a broadcast of a visual image of it2.
