149 Duty to report

The Secretary of State has a duty to prepare a report and lay it before Parliament1 for each of the successive periods of six months ending with 31st March and 30th September in each year. Such a report must specify the number of undertakings under the National Heritage Act 1980 Section 16 which he has given during that period and the amount or value in sterling of any contingent liabilities on outstanding undertakings at the end of that period2.
