148 Arbitration

In the event of a dispute or difference in relation to the indemnity between the owner and the Secretary of State, the parties agree under the terms of the undertaking that the matter shall be referred to and determined by a sole arbitrator, such arbitration to take place in London1. The name of such an arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or in default of agreement, by the President of the Law Society.
