139 Irrevocable undertaking by director of institution

The director of a national institution must sign an irrevocable undertaking before the first indemnity is granted1. A similar irrevocable undertaking exists for non-national museums2. Such undertakings will then apply to all subsequent indemnities under the National Heritage Act 1980 Section 16.
