124.1 Lending objects

The board of trustees of the Imperial War Museum has the power to lend objects belonging to the Imperial War Museum, subject to such terms and conditions as it thinks fit1, for the purposes of public exhibition (whether within the United Kingdom or elsewhere) or to any government department or other authority or institution in the United Kingdom or elsewhere2.
