122.3 Borrowing objects from other institutions

The boards of trustees of the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum, the Armouries and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, have the power to accept the loan of objects for the purpose (depending on the terms of the loan) of1:

  1. 122.3.1

        exhibition; or

  2. 122.3.2

        study or research by the board or by persons seeking to inspect the objects.
