122.2 Loans of objects subject to a trust or conditions

Where an object has become vested in the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum or the Armouries and is subject to a trust or condition, the board of any of those museums may exercise its function regarding the loan of the object1 in a manner inconsistent with the trust or condition in the following circumstances:
