105 Expulsion by third parties

Where the borrower is directly expelled from possession of the chattel by a third party during the period of the bailment, the bailee has a remedy in trespass or conversion against the expelling party if that party either had no immediate right to possession of the chattel at the time of the expulsion, or exceeded the limits of lawful authority in making the expulsion1.
