28 Statutory requirements relating to remuneration

An estate agent’s entitlement to remuneration depends on the terms of the contract with his client and compliance with the statutory requirements as to information1. Requirements are imposed by both the Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 20132.
