96.3 Representatives

The parties must decide whether their representatives will be given full or fettered authority to settle the dispute and must ensure that the appropriate delegation of authority is in place (for example, in the case of a limited company, that the correct resolutions are passed and reflected in the board minutes). In a multi-party dispute, it is important that representatives from all parties attend.
