86 Commercial ADR services and forms of ADR

The parties are free to agree to submit their dispute to ADR on whatever terms they wish. It is therefore important for them to take advantage of this flexibility and to choose the format which best fits their requirements and the nature of the dispute. A number of institutions and private companies offer commercial ADR services. They also give advice on choosing the appropriate form of ADR1.
