73 Execution measures

Once the courts of England and Wales have granted leave to enforce the award or entered judgment in the terms of the award, the claimant will have access to a wide range of execution mechanisms from the courts, including1:

  1. 73.1

        charging orders;

  2. 73.2

        third party debt orders (eg to obtain funds held in a bank account in the name of the respondent);

  3. 73.3

        orders for disclosure of assets; and

  4. 73.4

        writs or warrants of control (for the seizure of assets).
