71 Enforcement of foreign awards not falling under any of the above conventions

A foreign award that does not fall under the ICSID Convention1, the Geneva Convention (1927)2 or the New York Convention3 could still be enforced under the Arbitration Act 1996 Section 66, under the common law4, the Administration of Justice Act 19205 or the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 Part I6.

Enforcement under the Administration of Justice Act 1920 or the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 Part I requires that the award has become enforceable
