57.14 Appeals

Under the Arbitration Act 1996 Section 68, as with a challenge under the Section 671, a party may apply for leave to appeal against the court’s decision on the challenge2 in circumstances where the trial judge has exceeded his jurisdiction or acted unfairly3.
