51 Awards on different issues

The Arbitration Act 1996 Sections 46 to 58 deal with matters relating to the award.

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the tribunal may make awards during the course of the arbitration on different aspects of the matters in dispute1. The tribunal may carve out one or more issues for preliminary determination where it considers that doing so may assist in achieving an efficient resolution of the dispute.
