34 Consolidation of arbitral proceedings and concurrent hearings

The parties may agree to consolidate related arbitration proceedings or to hold concurrent hearings1. Neither the court nor the tribunal may consolidate proceedings or order concurrent hearings without the agreement of all parties concerned2. A number of institutional procedural rules provide for the consolidation of proceedings in appropriate circumstances3.
