23 Court to have regard to agreed qualifications of arbitrators

In deciding whether to exercise, and considering how to exercise, any of its statutory powers relating to the procedure for appointment of arbitrators1 or the failure of the appointment procedure2, the court must have due regard to any agreement between the parties as to the qualifications required of the arbitrators3.
